The Rich Man and Lazarus

Where did the dead go before Jesus' resurrection? Where do they go now, before His Second Coming? Where will they spend eternity and in what form? God has chosen to reveal very few details answering these questions. Perhaps that is why books about near death experiences are so popular. But Scripture is not silent. Like the doctrine of the Trinity, many details about the afterlife are inferred or implied. As we bring this series on The Kingdom of God to a close, we will spend time trying to answer some of these questions.
