A New Creation

The Kingdom of God is a present reality. Jesus inaugurated it at His first coming and the Holy Spirit adds to it by giving new life to all who repent from sin and turn to Jesus by faith. Becoming citizens of God's kingdom comes with great benefits, as well as responsibilities. After looking at the Doctrine of Adoption last week, and the present reality of being God's children, we examine another present reality: NEW CREATION. Using 2 Corinthians 5, we will see what it means that Born Again Believers are truly New Creations, and how we should live in this PRESENT REALITY.
